Do I need to count or list my items?
No — just bring your bag or basket. We assess everything after drop-off and message you with the estimated time and cost before we start.
How much does it cost?
We charge £17 per hour with a minimum of £17. After drop-off we'll confirm the exact cost before starting. See our pricing guide for estimates.
When will I find out the cost?
Usually within an hour or two of drop-off. We'll text and email you with the estimated hours, total cost, and collection slot options. We don't start until you're happy with the estimate.
What days and times do you operate?
We accept drop-offs Tuesday to Friday. Slots: morning (8–9am, 9–10am) and evening (5–6pm, 6–7pm).
How long will my ironing take to be ready?
Our standard turnaround is 48 hours. We'll confirm your expected ready time when we message you after drop-off.
How do I book?
Online right here — it takes under a minute. Pick a day, choose a slot, enter your details. Confirmation by email and text straight away.
How do I pay?
On collection — by bank transfer or cash. No payment or deposit upfront.
What items do you iron?
Everyday clothes, children's clothing, bedding (sheets, pillowcases, duvet covers) and curtains. We use professional equipment suited to delicate and heavy-duty items alike.
Can you handle delicate fabrics?
Yes — silk, linen, cotton, synthetic blends and more. Mention any particularly delicate items in the notes when booking.
Do you collect and deliver?
Not yet — customers drop off and collect themselves. We're based in Leamington Spa and drop-off is simple. Collection and delivery may be introduced in future.
What if I need to cancel?
Just reply to your confirmation message as soon as possible. We ask for a few hours' notice where possible so the slot can go to someone else.
What should I bring my items in?
A bag or basket is ideal — a laundry basket is perfect as it also helps return your pressed items without creasing. No need for hangers at drop-off.
